I tried to do the fix that was given, and it did nothing. But I use Firefox browser, so maybe I didn't accomplish what you suggested for Internet Explorer. Can anyone give me any other ideas to fix this? Thanks!

It was working properly on Firefox before. Sony doea good hardware but software wise they are dumb.
Considering that Facebook is the most common website to post your pics, this ******ty software makes no sense now.

robbieguk's solution didn't work for me. When I hit the tab key, it just moves the background display up, but I still can't hit the okay button.

If you select the pop up, then hold the control (CTRL) key you can scroll with your mouse to make the image smaller/larger and then click ok.

I use firefox, but the problem is in the play memories browser, not the browser you normally use.

Should have said use the scroll button on your mouse (This makes it zoom in/out if you hold the CTRL key while doing so)
