A view on the Europa League games... (self.reddevils)

It's an extra training session. We get live games at a friendly cost. The teams will want to win so competition will be good. We say the prem is tough league. The other teams will beat up on us a bit; hopefully making them tougher(young squad, mostly untested against veteran experience). It gets our fitness levels used to a multiple game a week schedule. Our prem performance might suffer, but overall I think it's good for the squad.

Um no offense but I reckon you've never played football. Training is where you'd work on your skills and teamwork without any pressure and learn and not exhaust yourself too much.

Europa is where you face the brunt of the media and fans who travel and expect you to blow the second tier team out of the water and also face the risk of your starting team coming back jetlagged too close to the next league game (which is more important)

Agreed. We should try to win it. I'd rather win europa league than FA cup, so our top priorities should epl, europe, fa cup, the other cup. As soon as we secure place in anorher round (hopefully with 2to go) ee should play only subs.
