We have to present articles weekly in my sociology class, and this no doubt will be my next one. However, I think I'm gonna have a strategy here. I'm gonna say it was a man the whole time, making it look like I defended a male pedophile, but towards the end I will say it was a woman the whole time, and mention how their views likely changed, mention how it's sexist to immediately change your view of a criminal based on gender, and make those feminist bitches be so fucking pissed. It'll be hilarious, and I'll be presenting the absurd female privilege and conducting an experiment at the same time.

For the love of God, follow through with this. The feminist cunt tears would be so delicious.

You could make your own thread about it.

Well I will tell you that when I presented another one on an ex daycare owner who abused the children, one of them could only come up with the brilliant rebuttal "misogynist." It was great.

For the love of God, videotape this shit.

Don't even say it was a man; don't give away the sex of the person at all and let them assume it's a man until the last minute.

This. Use non-gender specific terms, like "the defendent", and just the last name.

Start out with "An Alaskan resident recently..."

I would be interested in hearing how that plays out if you would be willing to post a follow-up.

Agreed, highly unique field report material.

[–]Disciple_of_Pepe 1ポイント2ポイント  (0子コメント)

Bro, you absolutely must make a post about this. Update us for sure, man.

[–]Endorsed ContributorMattyAnon 2

Nice!

Can you do an intermediate Q+A where you get them to say how dreadful it is that he didn't get a sentence before the big reveal?

Forces them to be more honest about their changed perceptions.

If you'd write here about the reactions of the class it would be very appreciated.

Record it, delete all comments about it online before posting it up.

Oh my god, pm me the results of that please

Update us when you do this, please!

dude You are my hero, that sounds amazing

I like the meta aspect. If you do it, follow up with a post. I'd like to see how it turned out. Bear in mind it likely won't go over well, so prepare like hell for this.

Saw it posted on twoxchromosomes. How long did it last before vanishing? 15 minutes. Mods there are pretty quick on the trigger to maintain the "Feminism is about Equality"TM Narrative.

Every other message board on Reddit is a safe space. The left is fascistic

I have to say, since finding TRP and seeing feminism from America through Reddit, I had no fucking idea it could get so ridiculous. I live in the UK and always been a 'leftie' but never ever seen the level of hypocrisy here compared to American lefties.

Since TRP I've definitely noticed it more here but again, it's nothing compared to the USA.

[–]Endorsed ContributorMattyAnon 1

I know man and I know you're from the UK. But it's nowhere near in our face than in the US from what I can tell.

And that's just an opinion piece. Under Tory rule and going ahead with brexit you can see most people follow the right wing media here, the left is more of a minority, especially the stupid left like that piece you posted.

The left are the ones who have opened the door to obscene numbers of muslim immigrants and have therefore fucked your country for future generations.

They need to go full deportation now before they go full holocaust later.

This is true but if anything the opposite is happening.

I can't believe people still say shit about the media being controlled by the right wing; islam and muslims are totally immune to any criticism in the mainstream media.

Dunno, I've been in London a year and it's pretty blatant. I get City AM on the way to work. You'd think a financial paper would be free of feminist propaganda, nope. Also, white English women are very obviously used to doing whatever the fuck they feel without any repercussions.

mb=

Megabyte?

Motherboard?

Subreddit?

I think it stands for message board.

mb = message board. It's awful. I keep posting on ask reddit why they delete posts that have a different political view, only to have that post deleted.

A 2 year old knows what a boy is and what a girl is - ask any 2 year old. But if I so much say that transgender people have a mental disability similar to anorexia I am banned. Every single country in the world recognizes transgender as a mental disability. YET the new left won't tolerate anyone having this opinion different from theirs even if my opinion is based on science and theirs on feeling.

They are fascistic and terrible!

They're actually in denial. They firmly believe certain myths, and refuse to accept factual information that doesn't fit their narrative. Delusional.

Just think about the precedent this sets. Female pedophiles may never do time. It's legitimately terrifying.

Combine this with the ability to change gender at will, and you have NAMBLA's dream come true.

That's right: you're not a man due to your Y chromosome; you're whatever gender you feel like pretending to be, that day.

They already don't. Look at cases of teachers fucking their students.

If it's a male teacher, he will lose his job/career, go to jail for years and be on some sex offenders list forever.

If it's a female teacher she will (maybe) lose her job and get a 'don't do that again' from the courts.

“Ms. Robinson wasn’t looking at these images for sexual gratification. It was more that she identified with the victims in the case,” Torres said.

What. The. Actual. Fuck.

This has to be the single most retarded line of defense I've ever heard. And you're telling me the judge actually bought that!?

[–]Endorsed ContributorMattyAnon 10

A lot of judges are old betas, always married, totally enmeshed in the blue pill world, that have never seen the true sexual nature of women.

You see it a lot in rape cases, where the judge is on record denying that any women would have be sexually forward / interested / have a ONS / etc based on the ego-centric view that because his wife is frigid with him that all women are basically asexual.

They climbed in her head and saw niceness and flowers.

Her motivation for using child porn was benevolent.

But your motivation for using THC products doesn't matter, you criminal.

B..b..but she made a "heartfelt expression of remorse".

As the judge made clear:

"“I do find good prospects for rehabilitation here based on the evaluation that was provided to me and the testimony I have heard, including Ms. Robinson’s short, but I’m convinced, heartfelt, expression of remorse,” Saxby said before imposing the sentence."

Facts don't matter. It's all about feeelings.

[–]Endorsed Contributorredpillbanana 17

This is pretty serious.

  • Possession of child pornography is vehemently prosecuted in the USA. If your computer is searched and they find child pornography, you're going to have to make a strong case that you didn't knowingly possess these photos. Even kids sexting to each other can be prosecuted under these laws.
    • "Alaska does not have a sexting law, so currently an individual who is caught promoting, distributing, publishing, or possessing sexually explicit images of a minor can be charged under the State’s child porn laws – regardless of age."
  • This woman was actively distributing child pornography which is much more serious.
    • Alaska's law: "The penalties vary based on distribution. Currently, it is a class B misdemeanor if the sexually suggestive material is published or distributed to one or two other people; this is punishable by up to 90 days in jail. Publishing or distributing the material to three or more people is punishable by up to one (1) year in jail. Distributing the material on the Internet is a class C felony, which is punishable by up to five (5) years in jail."
  • She had a frickin' public defender. This guy probably wasn't exactly a Perry Mason.

...and yet she still avoided jail time.

So.

Here we feel the unfairness of the world.

What are you, individually going to do about it?

This is the real lesson to be learned here. 99.9999% of us are in no position to have any significant effect on the way the world is, nor will we ever. The only thing we can do as individuals is to live our lives, vote once in a while, and learn to accept the fact that we live in a fucked up society so we can adjust the manner in which we, as men, approach it.

We've been officially warned that this is the way things are, gentlemen. Deal with it.

And let other men know the reality, and to make sure they DO NOT MARRY.

[–]1favours_of_the_moon 4ポイント5ポイント  (0子コメント)

Right away, they establish that she is a victim. We can't treat her like other sick perverted people who possess and trade child porn, because she was a victim. Waaaaaaahhhh!!! no mention of the children who were victimized in making the porn she collected and distributed, though

A victim who likely profited from children being raped and exploited.

A childcare worker? She had daily access to children, think about that.

Not a coincidence, I'm sure.

“Ms. Robinson wasn’t looking at these images for sexual gratification. It was more that she identified with the victims in the case,” Torres said.

And we know this is true, because 1: we can read into her mind, or 2: she said so. She was "trading" the material, so at minimum she was profiting from it.

I have a story to contribute. From another thread:

Wife started an affair with a female student she taught when student was 15. There is no proof that there was anything sexual occurring before student finished school, but student and wife moved in together, although wife told me that I should be jealous of their relationship. There are pictures of them standing together in front of gay pride flags and student kissing wife on cheek, but nothing more overt in terms of sexual demonstration. Student and (now ex-) wife got married as soon as student dropped out. Wife quit (was very likely forced to resign, but obviously that cannot be determined).

None of that, amazingly, is illegal or even affects her right to parent according to the legal system we have gone through. Attorney said, essentially, that unless there was actual documented (text, email) admission by wife that the affair had occurred while student was underage and was sexual in nature, there would not be any evidence that could be brought against wife.

Ex-wife is now a pre-k teacher. She has a completely clean record.

Of course she's the victim! If any of the kids she filmed were male I'm certain they forced her to do it. Poor woman. Poor, blameless innocent woman.

[–]Hillarysdilddo_2016 1ポイント2ポイント  (0子コメント)

"“This gives us the opportunity to understand in a very direct fashion the long-term consequence that an adult’s exploitation of a child has on that child as the child grows older, and that’s what we’re seeing here with Ms. Robinson,” Alexander told the court."

Fucking piece of shit liberals. Someone elect this bitch to the White House. After all, women are special snowflakes that are equal to men.

“Ms. Robinson wasn’t looking at these images for sexual gratification. It was more that she identified with the victims in the case,” Torres said.

She wasn't getting off on the child porn, she was identifying with the victims!! See, she's a victim!!!

I'd love to see a man try to make that same argument.

Pete Townshend?

But the judge believed Pete's defense which is possible. Her defense was I am terrible but it's not my fault

It says he went to a website but his computer did not contain any child porn.

So since the charge is possession of cp, not just accessing and viewing it, he is not guilty.

That is weird. I guess if you clear your web history you can get away with a lot.

Well if you follow up on the sting he was caught in, there were a lot of irregularities. The biggest chink in his armor was that he admitted to joining the site. The lack of downloads (I'm guessing they didn't count the cache in this particular case) and the fact he didn't seem to have anything else in his closet is probably what saved him. Well that and the fact he's Pete Townshend...

Even then, he still went on the British version of the Sex Offender Registry for something like five years despite being let off. Their system is different than the US's.

I shared this with my girlfriend and asked what she thought about it. She asked what race was she? I say white. She says that's why. I tell her I doubt it's s race issue. She asks why? I say ohh idk really, and left it at that. I was interested in what she'd say, but wasn't about to go down that road.

I'm pretty sure almost everybody who looks at that junk has a similar story of abuse...

As a male, it's become quite clear that our government isn't for my benefit. Fortunately, I'm able to ignore the ridiculousness and push onward, confident that on the day that I am challenged, my opponents will be obliterated by my incredible might and unwavering will.

In short you'll make a stand and the cops will pepper spray your face. Maybe even give you a warning shot to the gut.

Do any of you believe that blacks get harsher sentences than whites?
