I hope by now you already called the cops and called every bank your "mother" defrauded and told them you are a minor, that they should cancel the cards immediately and to prosecute your "mother". Ask for a case number from the police when reporting it if you didn't already and give it to all these banks when you call them.

I didn't really think he was going to fix his situation due to his comment history, but lo and behold his response:
