True story: When I was in Haneda Airport, I ordered a hotdog and a cup of coffee for about 800 yen. The size for the coffee said "regular" in kanji. But the actual size was similar to a petite or short Starbucks cup (smaller than tall size). The hotdog was excellent in taste (and so many details of care) but I felt I was staring at a small baby toy. I'm not an American but I gotta say the first thing that surprised me was visiting Target in Cali and looking at milk and soda bottles in gallon (about 3.8 L) and big ass eggplants. But now everything looks normal since that happened.
