in the new update you have to find sombra you find her and she unlocks as a character you have to be on dorado, reaper anna reinhart or bastion you have to /hello in 8 different spawn locations and hope you get lucky if you do she will appear from the shadows and youll get the "?..." question mark achievement and she will be available to pick as a character
