It is possible the consent issue is a way to stifle sex in society as a whole, especially that of young, unmarried adults.

It's also the perfect platform for the pro-public services Democratic party to achieve approval while actually encouraging less utilization of those services.

Less utilization as in less single-parent households gaining government benefits.

My position on the issue should have no impact on the discussion of this possibility.

Obviously you've never lived in the moment. I agree with implied consent, but that's not the public discussion that is taking place. Implied is how all of the these regretful sex encounters suddenly become rapes.

Ohh so you're referring to SJW's and fake-rape claims. Unfortunately they're just retards, so not much you can do there.

But even with all the high-profile rape claims going about, people are still fucking - Even SJW's. So the fear of being accused of rape doesn't seem to be a very realistic one.
