/r/the_donald: "WikiLeaks reveal Hillary campaign deciding to take donations from foreign agents"
The quoted email exchange is about the "regulations" that prohibited the campaign from taking money from those "lobbying on behalf of foreign governments".
As you can easily see in the comments, Trumpets interpret this as treason:
THIS IS THE DEFINITION OF TREASON.
They should have to stand in front of a wall before a firing squad.
As usual, they don't understand what's going on at all.
People lobbying on behalf of foreign governments referrs to the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA), which registers those who act in the interest of foreign states. This for example would have included Paul Manafort, if he had kept up with the law.
Donations from FARA agents have to be publically disclosed, but are perfectly legal. That is what the emails referr to when they talk about Obama and their own rules: Both Obama's and their own campaign restricted themselves voluntarily not to take money from FARA agents. And these emails were discussing whether this restriction is actually a good thing, or whether they should perfectly legal and transparent accept FARA donations.
In short, /r/the_deplorables caught the Clinton campaign discussing their voluntary restrictions without even getting close to violating a law. To the contrary, the Clinton campaign acted in a commendable fashion to debate this topic in a careful and responsible way.
