What I'm irritated about now, is all the bloody rants going on. (Oh hohoho, irony, because I'm writing one now lol).

And quite frankly it's starting to irritate me.
So let us begin this long, analysis of the MMDC once more...
Alright, let's face it. The MMDC has some pretty hardcore "noobs" (Sorry, I was just taught that word today by a friend). I'm talking the ones who just downloaded MMD, who don't pose hands, are asking for models, have edge lines on, didn't turn the grid off, screenshots, etc.
And it's true--seeing a shit ton of that type of picture in your inbox can get pretty annoying. Nobody likes to be spammed of 'MMD-N3wb's kawaii desu Animasa base OC and Germany being desu kawaii. Because, just like art, we think it's amateur, unpleasing to the eye, and just plain cliche.
But you can't just go ranting about them.
Because when YOU started out using MMD, you didn't know edge lines could be turned off.
That there were greater models out there than Animasa Miku.
That hands are a pain to pose, but are better done so.
No, you were just messing around with a program that you thought was fun. And that's exactly what they're doing! I don't know why suddenly everybody's got a stick shoved up their asses about this. I'm lucky--when I started out nobody really said anything to me. I got suggestions, yeah, but not flat out insults.
Now, the people who think they're "so great" at MMD are the same ones who are insulting, and putting down the new people. I mean, how bitchy is that, guys? See, that's why we're known as a terrible community. Because nobody's nice to anybody.
So please, stop complaining about the MMD Noob pictures. It's just as simple as deleting the message. Just do that. Leave a suggestion in a comment, if it bothers you oh-so-much.

Hell, eventually if you keep making the same mistake, someone will get annoyed enough to point it out.

Under-appreciated models
This one's kinda like the overused ones. Except the difference here is when someone makes a model, and gives it out.
Lemme give you a hint, sweetie, making models of models that already exist is kind of a stupid idea. Why? Because people will just use the pre-existing models. Really.
Or their edits. Like Hetalia models, for example.
I mean, if someone really wants to make a certain picture, they WILL break whatever rule. And if they want to follow the rules, maybe they'll download your model. Maybe someone else's.
The point is, when you put up a download, you are being a RESOURCE. You are NOT being a REQUIREMENT. Nobody is required to use your models, sunshine. If it bothers you so much that nobody uses your models, then STOP MAKING MODELS TO GIVE OUT.
Eventually someone'll come asking you if you'll make any models or give out a specific one.
People breaking model rules
I'll make this quick, because I'm getting bored of typing and it's almost dinnertime.
NO RULE BREAKING IS ILLEGAL. Unless the modeler has COPYRIGHTED the freaking model, (which I doubt because models are usually distributed when they are a character of a thing?) then everything is legal.
Maybe it's unallowed. But not illegal.

This is bad on BOTH sides. Personally, I think models should be allowed to be edited and stuff, but that's just me. Now I just think the reactions are what's annoying...
Modelers literally flip their shit when their model is edited. And the MMD-Police does, too. This is basically an accurate interpretation on a reaction:
Modelers: I am offended. You're all so dumb. I'm taking down the model. Why did you edit it. I am so hurt.
MMD-Police: You need to go die. You are a worthless human being. You're screwing us all over. We hate you.
Seriously, the MMDC is a scary fucking place and if you're planning on waltzing over here betch you better get out your motherfucking handy dandy notebook because we gon' school you on our rules.
No seriously, there's like unspoken rules.
Such as:
- No recolours. We hate you and your stupid recolours.
- Animasa models are for noobs. Unless you're famous, then you get to make pictures on how underused they are as we bask in your glory.
- No breaking rules. (Unless you're famous).
- You better fucking worship the modelers.
- If you break a rule bitch we will cut you.
- We do not want your shitty pictures and you better submit to the right fucking folder, fuckass, or we will maim you.
Okay lemme be honest with you I make bloody "illegal" model edits all the fucking time, seriously guys I don't give a fuck I'll just grab a model get a part and use it I don't care.
Like I put America's jacket on Rock, because I thought he'd look like a boss. (I was right, but that's beside the point).
But seriously I don't get any hate because I don't submit those pictures to dA, and if I do, they don't go into any groups. The point is, let's analyze Windows 100% models.
If someone edits that who freaks out? Not MamamaP or Saboten or anyone. Nope nope nope. The MMD Police. But not in the Hetalia MMDC. In the HMMDC it's the police AND the modelers.

I think the only modeler in the HMMDC who has done something smart to control this is FamibunP, who allowed private distribution to a couple friends. I mean seriously it's perfect. Has there even been any drama about her models? Not any that I've heard of.
I'll be honest again; I GIVE MY MODEL EDITS OUT ALLLLLLLL THE TIME. Like seriously you might as well grab a fucking sharpie and write 'Soda's Free Model Shop' because if you are a bro you are basically open to my model edits.
And it's like this with EVERYBODY who edits models. Okay? Ok.
