      1. @_500yen 戸籍法106条の間違いだと思う 「第106条　外国の国籍を有する日本人がその外国の国籍を喪失したときは、その者は、その喪失の事実を知つた日から１箇月以内（その者がその事実を知つた日に国外に在るときは、その日から３箇月以内）に、その旨を届け出なければならない。」

      3. @Kenta6 国籍法１６条１項（努力義務）で外国籍を離脱した場合、戸籍法１０６条で届出義務があるんですよ。間違っている蓮舫がなさけないけどね。

      4. @Kenta6 正確に言えば、国籍選択（国籍法14②前段）でも、努力義務（同法16①）でも外国籍離脱の届出（戸籍法106）が必要となります。結局、蓮ほう氏が国籍選択の日付を公表しない以上、どちらの手続が行われたのかは不明です。

      5. @norippeitou その通りです。ちょっと意地悪な言い方をしてみただけです。さすがに国籍選択はしてるんじゃないかなぁ・・・と思ってたのですが、戸籍法104条を見て、もしかして〜などと思ってしまいました（＾＾）

      7. @norippeitou もし、9月に国籍選択の届けをしたのだとしたら、市町村長から法務局に通知が行きますよね。それを避けるためには「外国の国籍を離脱することによる」国籍の選択しかないですよね。
