A while back on /r/blackout2015 (this was under its original purpose, before it got taken over by 'conspiracy people' and subsequently died both for tying itself to a year and for going off the rails), someone had posted this list of departed admins (deadmins, as I call 'em) and the hits've just kept coming since then. (Can't remember who but there have been some other hits aside from those on the list. Now that the team page is dead anyone wanting to evaluate turnover - from the outside, anyways - is left searching out past admin lists.)

Reddit has done a decent job of filling out slots and appearing like simple turnover (and not people abandoning ship), but the new admins definitely seem green compared to the ones that've left. E.g. Remembering the new financial wizard they put in charge of figuring out monetization strats, think it was the guy who came up with the affiliate links thing.

I'm sure they've taken measures to protect the institutional knowledge core to keeping their business afloat [cough you have better code documentation at HQ, right guys? ;)] but as far as experience goes, I'm guessing that's gone down.
