    Well it sort of is. The God given part would be the right to representation (which doesn't necessarily mean voting) and certain amendments to the Constitution grant voting rights to specific groups of people. At the time the Constitution was written voter eligibility was considered an issue for the States to decide rather than the Federal Government. It wasn't until the 14th Amendment in 1868 that the Feds started to put in requirements for allowing certain groups to vote.

                      In Austria we had to repeat our election because "it could not be ruled out that manipulation occured". We are voting for our president (whose role is significantly more of an observer than a ruler in our political system) for the third time coming December.

                      It's mindboggling that there isn't a huge cross-party movement of changing the vote system in the US. Rigging your elections looks like it was easy as pie. How can you even accept any president elected under such a flawed system is beyond me.

                        I'm confused. To get an absentee ballot in Oregon you need to be registered to vote and they make you confirm your drivers license or SSN. They then mail the ballot to your registered address.

What assisted living center in Delray Beach, FL? there must be a couple hundred of them.
