So she gets, what I presume to be an accurate and definitive, diagnosis of not one, but two debilitating diseases and you respond with what is essentially "waaaah but what about my dick?" And then you go play on the swing set.

I just don't get why she doesn't want to do you. Mystery wrapped in an enigma and all that. Better get to work.

You say you read the sidebar but all you are doing is lifting. Mrp is: lifting, passing shit tests, and getting out of the house (life outside of wife).

Read the sidebar on shit tests, and on dread game. Recognize and pass shit tests ("I'm too sick to fuck" is a shit test) and start getting out more.

Not only did you talk about your feelings - you victim puked - literally one of the quickest ways to dry her up and get her considering cheating or celibacy. Read the sidebar!

Sex comes from DREAD, not negotiation, perceived victimhood, or pity.

No doubt. Appreciate the realness. I didn't mention that the biggest improvement came from passing the shit tests. Struggling with dread game for sure; probably two months into dread level 3. Working on my mission. Thanks again Jeezy

What have you tried? What will you do? We aren't here to beat you up

I haven't tried or done enough. Basically I've hit the gym and become a narcissist. I pass shit tests by refusing entertain her emotional 'trash' and remaining playful as much as possible I've begun taking a real estate class and will be coaching lacrosse in the spring. That is my 'mission'. I discipline my daughter within reason, try to lead by example, and keep a cool head (a big hurdle for me) She's hangs all over me and will grab my junk but as soon as I try my hand she gets all indignant. Then I leave the room and study for the real estate exam. I don't sulk or pout, which I was guilty of until about 3 months ago, I just go on with my business and try to maintain frame. Thanks for 'listening'

It's great you've lost weight. Nice that you're more aloof. You now have a golden opportunity here. Learn everything you can about lupus, RA and autoimmune disease in general. Lupus affects almost every organ system in the body. RA legitimately makes every joint feel like you got hit by a truck. No wonder she doesn't want to have sex! This isn't a fantasy world, this is her body attacking itself while your fat ass tries to make a move on her.

The opportunity you have is that she'll probably stop breastfeeding and get on some good biologics. Presto change-o, your girl will be back in form. You still need to exercise, don't whine about shit, and hold frame, but I think your problem is mostly medical.

Yeah, I've been a piece of shit about it when you put it that way. Not to mention the hashimoto's thyroiditis she developed post pregnancy. I guess I need to move on or let/help her deal with this and do my thing. Its self talk at this point. Thanks man

"The sexual playfulness has kind of returned but still haven't bridged the gap to sex or even fooling around. Today she found out she has lupus and rheumatoid arthritis. I saw at just another excuse for her to keep living in her fantasy world of not being intimate, thus seriously questioning my level of commitment."

You still aren't very attractive are you ? If you want this to change, you have several options and diet is imperative. Yoga and Palates will help her immensely Stay off the fucking drugs You- get attractive, be the most bitchin' young father and SO in America. Work @ unsucking @ this shit

Medical professional here. She needs to change her diet. Google elimination diet and cut out dairy, gluten, sugar, nuts, basically every potential allergen. Get her on a good probiotic (xymogen or pure encapsulations), and see if symptoms resolve. Then slowly add the potential problem foods back into her diet one at a time to see what is exacerbating her condition(s). Its not easy, but way better than jumping straight to biologics/immune suppressants.

RA is a side effect of the Lupus. Doctor's diagnose them separately because the RA shows full face at the onset of full-on Lupus.

Lupus is an autoimmune disorder that affects all of the body systems, but the main issues show in joints, skin, and kidney issues. She will have skin issues resembling eczema, she will have kidney pain, she will have joint pain and the end result is that she will look and feel like a truck hit her.

Lupus is one of those things that flares up out of nowhere and goes away for no reason but will always flare up if the person has emotional stress; this disease will test your ability to balance the alpha-beta. You are in a shit position because her lupus will prevent her from wanting to do anything but if she is already weak-willed, it will giver the excuse to NOT do anything if she doesn't want to.

I have a friend who has lupus as well. She started working out and running obstacle races religiously. She is amateur sponsored as well. Her training is mostly what got her lupus symptoms to subside to the point where she barely has issues. Additionally she has significantly upped her protein via shakes which has helped with keeping the lupus at bay.

BCAAs have been proven to assist with healing following surgery and are especially useful in liver and kidney repair.

I suggest you learn everything you can about lupus, get her on a strength and cardio program (SL 5x5 and some light running is good) because resistance training will keep the joints in good working order and the positive stimulus of exercise forces the body to be stronger overall.

Keep it out of your head that this is a "fake disease." Lupus is very real and doctors aren't quick to diagnose it. If she has a doctor's diagnosis of lupus, then she has lupus.

I will PM you.
