The first video comes from a real estate channel on YouTube based out of Detroit, called The Shae Show.
Basically, Shae flips houses for investors and acts as a landlord for various properties throughout the poverty stricken city. Most of his videos are for international clients that buy the houses off sites like EBay, while others are just him vlogging. What really peaked my interest is a one-off video that was uploaded March 2014, and apparently shows a ghostly figure haunting the front porch of a decaying home.
A Dark Figure Stares Back

James Jones was producing a homemade “indie horror” film based out of a wooded area in Tennessee, back in early April, 2012. From some research he had done, he created a “prop ritual circle” where rehearsals were held.
When he came back the next day, that’s when he saw this figure standing over it. Some say it looks like a spirit from the Colonial era of the United States. Others believe they can see it move, very slightly. James returned later that day, and it was gone. He’s ruled out the possibility of it being a tree stump, but to this day can’t explain what it was.

This video, uploaded August 31st, 2008, shows a couple of men elk hunting in Imnaha, Oregon. As they traversed through the forest, wolves were seen darting in between trees. Then suddenly, their ominous howls filled the air. That’s when they realized they were surrounded. Some howls were more distant, while others were extremely close, but the wolves remained unseen. It’s a pretty spooky piece of footage for those unaccustomed to the wilderness. It’s an eerie reminder that when we leave civilization, we can become every bit as vulnerable as the prey those wolves hunt every day. The Creepy Sound of Hurricane Ike

In this video released by the Weather Channel in September, 2008, producer Randy Flinders takes refuge in a hotel in Galveston, as Hurricane Ike made landfall. The wind produced by the Category 4 hurricane wailed throughout the hotel, resulting in a pretty unnerving sound. Hurricane Ike was a devastating storm, causing some $37 billion in damages, making it the third costliest hurricane in American history.

The eruption of Mount St. Helens was one of the most significant natural disasters to have occurred in the United States in the last 100 years. An earthquake caused the entire north face of the mountain to collapse into the largest landslide ever documented, and this triggered the eruption event which literally blew the top off the mountain. An ash cloud ascended 15 miles into the sky. Massive pyroclastic flows charged through the surrounding forest at 670 miles per hour, maybe even at one point surpassing the speed of sound. The event reduced the overall height of the mountain by 1,300ft, and left a 2 mile wide crater at the summit. 11 other states were affected.
Dave Crockett, a reporter for Komo 4 News, was front and center for the event. He woke up early that morning and headed out to Mount St. Helens on a hunch that something was going to happen. At 8:32 AM, the eruption occurred and he was only 8 miles away from it. The ash plume blew over him and actually blacked out the sky. He was there to record it all, and survived to tell the tale. 57 other people perished.

I didn’t keep up with the whole Michael Jackson trial, so I’ll try to summarize what I think happened…
Apparently Gavin Arvizo was diagnosed with cancer, and one of his last wishes was to meet Michael Jackson, which came to fruition. They seemed to have a great relationship, enough so that Jackson arranged to support Gavin through his cancer treatment and invited the boy to Neverland Ranch on numerous occasions. The treatments were successful, and the cancer was remitted. Jackson was then going to discontinue his financial support. That’s when allegations of sexual assault were unexpectedly raised and caused Jackson to be arrested and his home searched by the Santa Barbara Sheriff’s Department.
Sounds to me like a pretty obvious attempt to extort money from the King of Pop, which is deplorable after everything he did for Gavin. By the way, Jackson was found NOT GUILTY of all charges against him. He lived out the rest of his days with these allegations hanging over his head.
But then a strange porn collection surfaced…
In June, earlier this year, Radar Online published a scathing article about some of the items found during the investigation, which were used in the trial by prosecutors to frame the argument that Jackson was a child molester. I would link the original article, but Radar Online is a cesspool of aggressive advertising. Visit that website at your own risk.
Some of the content was fairly mundane, a few porno magazines and artistic photos. There was also some very weird and questionable items too… some photos had child faces morphed on adult bodies, like the picture above. About 22 pictures from the porn stash were gathered as being the most disturbing, but you can find them with a simple Google search.
Ultimately, none of the weird porn that was found at Jackson’s mansion actually met the legal definition of child pornography and most of it was being legally sold commercially. What it all means? I don’t know… for some they’ll fell validated in believing Jackson was a molester, but I should rephrase that Jackson was found NOT GUILTY, even when this evidence was levied against him.
Lisa Germano - A Psychopath (1994)

Now we’ll be getting into some real dark shit.
In 1994, Lisa Germano released her third studio album, “Geek the Girl.” On that album, which is really beautiful by the way, is a very intense and distressing song called “A Psychopath.” In the song, Lisa samples a 911 phone call that she obtained from a rape center (with their permission). The phone call was of a woman, named Karen, who dialed 911 as her house was being broken into. Karen was heard screaming for her life, pleading for the assailant to stop. He was not coerced by the fact she was on the phone, and then proceeded to take what he wanted.
If there was ever some kind of art out there that perfectly conveys distress on a personal level like rape, this song is it. This is the most tragic song I’ve ever heard. Above you’ll find a 30 second sample, and below you’ll find the raw recording.

Amanda Berry went missing in 2003 after accepting a ride home from a stranger, after finishing her shift at Burger King. Her case was treated as a runaway, until a week later her parents received a call from her cell phone. On the other end was an unidentified man:
“I have Amanda. She’ll be coming home in a couple of days.”
When your 17 year old daughter goes missing under mysterious circumstances, what do you feel when you hear this? Relief? Anger? Fear?
