why is this a reacquiring issue with you? there have been numerous times that you did chargebacks on your card or it got "stolen".

and you are obvisouly not trying to fix it. If you truely wanted to fix it send her a payment right now with either online gift card or hell even write her a check and mail it to her.

Why did PayPal reopen the case without my permission when I told them to close it and take the money out. You should blame PayPal, not one of the victims.
