A pretrial date has been set for the Donald Trump child rape lawsuitOn Monday, new developments were revealed pertaining to the pending lawsuit against Donald Trump for child rape. Close watchers of “Jane Doe v. Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein” learned that the presiding judge, Ronnie Abrams, scheduled a conference hearing between both legal teams for December 16. The meet is intended to decipher whether this legal complaint goes to trial or can be settled out of court. Will we see 2016’s Republican presidential nominee before a jury for being accused of raping a 13-year-old? One wonders if he gives a fuck enough to stop that from happening.

As if the bad headlines couldn’t get any worse for Trump these days, the details of this particular case are, to say the least, unnerving: Last month, the case had been filed in a United States district court in New York, wherein the plaintiff, who remains anonymous, has accused the Republican presidential nominee of “rape, sexual misconduct, criminal sexual acts, sexual abuse, forcible touching, assault, battery, intentional and reckless infliction of emotional distress, duress, false imprisonment, and defamation.”

Originally filed in California without a lawyer (but later thrown out for improper paperwork), the civil suit claims Trump and notorious billionaire/convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein had assaulted one “Jane Doe” multiple times inside Epstein’s Manhattan home on the Upper East Side:

Defendant Trump initiated sexual contact with Plaintiff at four different parties. On the fourth and final sexual encounter with Defendant Trump, Defendant Trump tied Plaintiff to a bed, exposed himself to Plaintiff, and then proceeded to forcibly rape Plaintiff. During the course of this savage sexual attack, Plaintiff loudly pleaded with Defendant Trump to stop but with no effect. Defendant Trump responded to Plaintiff’s pleas by violently striking Plaintiff in the face with his open hand and screaming that he would do whatever he wanted.Immediately following this rape, Defendant Trump threatened Plaintiff that, were she ever to reveal any of the details of the sexual and physical abuse of her by Defendant Trump, Plaintiff and her family would be physically harmed if not killed.

In addition to the pretrial news, a second lawyer has joined the prosecution team. Now working alongside New Jersey attorney Thomas Meagher is Cheney Mason, the legal representative of none other than Casey Anthony, who, in 2011, had been acquitted of first-degree murder, aggravated child abuse, and aggravated manslaughter of her own child.
