You might see the following quote on r/the_donald or Facebook today:

Naturally, everyone takes this to mean Obama, Hillary and the Democrats have purposely engaged in a dumbing down of society so we accept their will without resistance. SAD!

Of course, nobody read the full email. Which is 100% spot on. Read it. Like several other Wikileaks, it makes me like the targeted individual more than before, but the alt-right websites and forums spin it to be something dystopian and terrible... as if simply being a leaked conversation is enough to make it damning.
