So after wanting to expand my social horizons I signed up for this Singles service. More or less finding awesome things to do with groups. During the screening interview in late July, the woman asking me questions asked, "So what's the longest relationship you've had?" I answered, "Less than two months." She had a shocked/surprised look on her face. She inquired as to why, and I replied,"I was shy to talk to girls in high school and college, so I never got into one. Plus from all the drama I've seen from a lot of girls/women, I never saw the appeal, I'm just here to make new friends." She then frowned/scowled a bit, like she was angry or didn't agree with what I said. When it looked like she was going to counter my argument, I grinned and laughed saying, "Are you about to prove my point, or just accept my perspective?"
I was approved anyway, and have been having a blast the last 2 1/2 months. (Skydived a second time, painting class, gun-range, paint balling, trivia, ATVing/horseback rides, kayaking, karaoke, volleyball). Love it! Women can be fine to hang out with, just not romantically.
