Super armor is part of one's defense, man. It's there to help moves with worse frame data or other competitively awful traits still be at least somewhat usable, IE zard's flare blitz (pls don't tell me you want to be able to jab zard out of flare blitz, it's bad enough as is) and rock smash or Ganon's warlock punch. Abusing godly frame data against now-depowered slower characters would be hell for them to deal with.

The only real issue with its application to Little Mac is that they put it on otherwise solid moves to compensate for his shitty performance in other areas, IE his aerial game and recovery. That was an intentional design choice, but also frustrating for one of the two players involved because it effectively calls for less player to player interaction. That's just what comes with being such a polar character though, and it's certainly doable.

You don't escape multihit jabs by mashing buttons, btw. You SDI via the analog stick. I don't see how multihit jabs are really an issue, especially not Little Mac's - you mention someone getting "an unreasonable" 20% off jab, but some characters have actually inescapable tools in neutral that do just as much and are harder to avoid, or setups through various tools that do a shit ton more damage (G&W comes to mind for both with his 17% Nair and 60+% grab combos).

Regarding your section about nearly unpunishable moves... Little Mac doesn't really have those, especially not against disjoints. Punishing his faster attacks is simply a matter of timing. I get what you're trying to explain through your flowchart, but I disagree that that is how you should usually go, else the game would degenerate to just waiting for the opponent to throw out a risky move. Sure, there's positioning that could lead to forcing a bad option from your opponent, but that's less dynamic than having legitimate tools to use in neutral. Having safe and low-risk pokes for the neutral is healthy for the game, imo.

The KO punch is tied to a character who dies at 0 very easily in relation to the rest of the cast, as well as one who sucks horribly at landing and thus gets juggled hard for unreasonable amounts of damage. Again, it's just part of his polar design, which is supposed to be annoying. And yes, Cloud's limit is more stupid than Mac's KO punch because he can charge it directly. Mac at least has to either body or get bodied, both of which involve him approaching.

Little mac is objectively poorly crafted.

I can still say you need to level up your game, but its no doubt hes among the worst designed characters in smash. Hes too polarized to work in this game properly, and this was made worse by his buffs and nerfs overtime

It's not that I have trouble beating him. I'm looking at the game's mechanics as a whole, not my skill. Wether or not I suck, the game has flaws. And yes, he's not a very good character. But he has all the attributes I hate about Smash 4.

Super armor: I agree with you; a hit is a hit, and I should be rewarded.

Long jab combo: you shouldn't complain. If any character hits any grounded move often enough, they start to get pushed back. In any iteration except for smash 4 this doesn't exist, so if you managed to trap someone against a wall, you could take your opponent right up to 999% with multi jabs alone.

Unpunishable moves: these moves are generally weak, and don't have guaranteed follow-ups, so this isn't that bad either.

One-hit KO moves: there is only 2 moves in this game that do that: one has to be charged for a long-ass time, and can't be held, and one is obscenely difficult to accomplish.

Overall, the only thing you should hate is super armor.
