“I had a federal judge call me this morning and say to me that part of that debate last night sounded like a confession to a federal crime," Giuliani said. "When she was confronted with why she destroyed 33,000 emails after she got a congressional subpoena, which by the way, are 33,000 separate federal crimes, do you know what her answer was? No answer.”

“You could take that tape and play it at a trial and it would constitute a virtual confession to numerous, numerous federal crimes,” Giuliani continued. “I’ve never seen that at a presidential debate. That doesn’t even begin to examine the scope of her criminality.”

The crowd broke into chants of “lock her up!”

Politifact has ruled Trump's claims that she deleted 33,000 emails after receiving the Benghazi committee's subpoena as half-true, saying that "the implication — that Clinton deleted emails relevant to the subpoena in order to avoid scrutiny — is unprovable if not flat wrong."
