It's kind of one of the facts of life. Some people will cheat, some people won't. Just move on and get over it

Yes I have the same reaction. What started it for me was seeing all the extremely fucked up posts on tumblr in the community of women who get off on cheating and other even more evil shit. I usually don't like to talk about it a lot because I don't want to get other guys like me traumatized and I don't want to expose women to a fucked up fetish they may not have known appealed to them, but some of that stuff is really disturbing.

This way of thinking is whats destroyed every single one of my relationships. Once i dont hear from them for a day or two, in the back of my mind its because of cheating. I dont accuse but i react badly. That is the situation im in now with my current soon to be/in the process of not being girlfriend. Insecurity and jealousy drives women away and i've learned that the hard way. So if any of you ever do find a way out of your situation, you need to destroy that way of thinking. Because any relationship you do find yourself in will not last a minute

I'd rather not be in a relationship than have to accept this.

I actually have lashed out and shouted at family members before when word got out they had cheated on their partners.

It's the ultimate form of betrayal and i will never respect someone who has done it.

To me, finding someone to love, and to love me back is incredibly difficult. I can't understand how someone could throw that away.

Easy. Because they can.

Cheaters are self centered. They fulfill their natural desire of sleeping with many partners while also suckering someone into providing them their undivided affection, love and attention.

Good looking people are the most susceptible to this. Ever wonder why celebrity marriages and relationships never last? It's because sex is so easy and plentiful for them to obtain.

You'd think you can still be a decent person with principles ...

Cheating has always disgusted me and bothered me to a great degree, even though I have never been cheated on. A few years ago when I first watched the show Mad Men, I was so disgusted with Don Draper's constant cheating that I had to stop watching for a while - and that's just a fictional show!

Personally, cheating is not that far behind murder and rape/assult/molestation in my mind. I know that sounds extreme, but I do believe that cheating is a horrific act. Somebody trusts you with their love, feelings, and body, and then you throw it all away and crap on it? It's evil.

I agree 100%. I always thought women saw it as a smaller thing, maybe I'm wrong or maybe you're an exception.

I agree it's in the same league as the other stuff you listed. I can sometimes understand why a person would murder, depending on whom you kill it could even be a positive thing. A murderer might be a good person. But a cheater is a sociopath.

Good post.

Interestingly enough it seems that hook up culture has become the norm. This absolutely fuels infidelity.

What's rather hypocritical and where Normies disagree with me is when I say what's the point in getting married if you've already slept with people before marriage? A lack of abstinence is clearly another variable in the equation. Probably the biggest IMO. Not that I'm advocating for it, it's just hypocritical today.

Of course with marriage now being delayed into people's 30s, we can't expect people to remain a virgin voluntarily for that long. Incles do it without a choice. So out of social assumption and expectation we expect people to engage in sex outside of marriage PRIOR to it as the key.

I was so stupid and naive as a teen I thought it was illegal to have sex under the age of 18 and that people actually waited for marriage. What a fool I was.

Infidelity is habitual and it's planted in the modern sex and dating practices of hook up, "find a fuck"-app culture.

Edit: keep in mind I'm a bitter jelious incel who has to sit in the corner of the room and masturbate while Normies enjoy the massive orgy on the bed...theoretically speaking. I'm sure if I was "Chad" I would be overjoyed with the modern ways of DSR.

I'm with you 100%. I feel like infidelity has become so ridiculously widespread in Western culture that it is now the new norm, rather than the exception. Add to this the rising "polyamory" trend, and soon relationships as we conceive them will no longer truly exist. Life will just be one big, massive orgy, with the vast majority of women flocking to the most attractive men, creating harems and turning most men into incel beta providers who aren't even rewarded with sex.

This degeneracy is not sustainable, so we should prepare for downfall of western civilisation and incoming replacement with different culture, where monogamy, marriage and family are still strong.

[–]StAliaHarkonnen[S] 0ポイント1ポイント  (1子コメント)

And what will cause this downfall specifically, cause I don't think "degeneracy" really covers it

[–]dead_eyed_mofo22M crazy incel 0ポイント1ポイント  (0子コメント)

Degeneracy means less families so less children, while there is immigration of other cultures which do not have such problems, they are going to replace slowly, it is already happening.
