An email obtained by Politico appears to show the RNC ordering a Victory program mail vendor to place an indefinite hold on all projects.

“Please put a hold/stop on all mail projects right now,” reads the email from RNC staffer Lauren Toomey, according to Politico. "If something is in production or print it needs to stop. Will update you when to proceed.”

RNC lawyers have reportedly gathered on Saturday to examine legal options should it become necessary to remove Trump from the GOP ticket.

Several Republican lawmakers have been calling for Trump to step aside, with at least one congressman telling RNC chairman Reince Priebus to get rid of Trump or resign himself.
