Nah it's okay, there will be a fair few people streaming them at parties, normally there's a tv on with foxtel showing the games but since they lost the rights and I have a 3 mobile plan I cop the streams for everyone.

Edit: Maybe it's an aussie thing, there's always a tv on with sports at a party.

To be honest mate if you're gonna stream the match anyway it's not worth going to the party. I did the same thing once for a co-worker's leaving do and realised i wasn't giving much attention to the game and I wasn't giving much respect to a co-worker i actually liked and enjoyed being around. Sometimes football should be set aside, as annoying as it can seem.

I hate internationals. England are just so shit and can't play together so it's really not even worth watching.

On another note, played my first game with Man Utd on Seasons on Fifa 17 and killed some guy 5-1 who was Barcelona. Looking forward to a long weekend of nothing but Fifa.

United are so fun to use on FIFA this year! Bailly is a beast, Pogba 5 star skills, Ibra is lethal, plus we have genuine pace on the wings with Martial and Mkhitaryan.

Just to chime in - on 20-0-1 on seasons so far - all with United and playing Pogba and Rooney as CMs and Mata as a CAM - 4-3-3 Attack.

It actually works in the game and it works beautifully - the only game I lost was when Pogba got sent off :(...

Depends on how you play I suppose. I've found Schneiderlin rather strong as well, incredible at intercepting and is better in build up than Fellaini for me.

I've been watching The Fall on the commute and it's excellent. Really enjoying the angle they go for being more about Jaime Dornan rather then the the police (or at least much more equal). Really reccomend it. Anyone else watching anything good?

This is my last day with my girlfriend for the next 5 weeks, which sucks. But going to Australia next week will be awesome.

Also caught five awesome new pokemon yesterday in Go and getting a ps4 and fifa today so there's good things happening. Ireland won last night too!

Hatched a Scyther, found a Snorlax outside the chipper, walked my Voltorb enough to evolve, found a Squirtle to give me enough to evolve, same as Staryu :)

By walking Voltorb, I mean the buddy update that came out last month so your pokemon gets candy while you walk.

Expect Gegard to Vitor as well, USADA doing wonders for some of the guys!

So my new monitor arrived, at last. Picking it up after work, excited to try out a decent monitor by today's standards after having the same old one for like 8 years.

Watched the first season of Peaky Blinders in about 2 days after a recommendation from a co-worker, really good show. Looking forward to watching more of it

Took my boy to his first Ireland match (and my first match too) last night at the Aviva. I'm a Northern Ireland supporter and have frequented Windsor Park many times, our boy is growing up as an Ireland fan (cross community FTW) so I wasn't really sure what to expect down there.

Dang that atmosphere was terrific - it wasn't even close to being full either. And I have to say what a lovely bunch of welcoming lads. From a father's perspective the language was clean which was a bonus - I know my boy is going to encounter that in school at some stage (or already has) but he's super young and super enthusiastic about all things football.

So yeah - don't know where I'm going with this really other than we had a great time and I think half of Northern Ireland's religious problems come from being close minded and not exploring and respecting each other's cultures and ways of life. Happy Friday to one and all.

As I said, silly to downvote him for it. But Shaw has the 2nd highest potential for a LB on Fifa (behind Alaba who definitely won't be less than £30m and isn't younger) so it isn't the most sensible thing to do IMO.

Throwaway because I don't want the people who know my account to read this.

So, I was at this festival three weekends ago recently with my friends.

When we got there, my one friend bumped into one of his old friends who was with their friends so we ended up all introducing ourselves and shit and it was pretty cool. My friend and his old friend continued to chat for a little more and then that was that.

My friends and I just chilled for a while until we spoke again to the same girls and that point I realised, the one was really attractive. I spoke to her a little bit more but then sadly, that was the end of that for the night.

I was gonna get her number but then I couldn't find her for the rest of the night. Luckily my friend's friend was able to give me her number.

We chatted for a bit on the phone the next day and she sometimes changed conversation topics which is decent but yeah, nothing much has come from it.

I asked her to do something last weekend but she said she was busy but I asked if we could do something whenever and she said yeah so not all is lost.

I've been making the effort to be more sociable recently because I feel I need to network a bit, make some friends, and potentially find a significant other. It's going well, I'm feeling confident, but I feel I am making lots of acquaintances that I will see very infrequently.
