Probably either viral marketing or just copy cats. BUT....the last time clown hysteria happened was in 1981. After that it died out completely. Then they came back in 2014. 33 years afterwards. For those of you into occult or numerology, you know the # 33 is very important.

What strikes me as most odd is many incidents aware repeating. For example: in both 1981 and in 2014, some kid was chased by a clown wielding a sword.

In mist instances, the clown was never caught despite police coming out of the woodwork to find them. In fact, it seems as though only children are the eye witnesses to these clowns.

There have of course been many copy cats, and this makes it hard to research this easily, but it appears that these menacing clowns never catch their prey, or if they do we don't hear about it at least.

Thus us a subject I've researched over the past few weeks. There are also a few other instances of seemingly supernatural incidents popping up all over America, mostly in the south and east, that were previously recorded in 1981. Not just clowns.

Im not usually one to believe in the occult or supernatural, but it is fun to occasionally suspend disbelief and research these things things as if I did. It still raises some eyebrows. If this post arouses enough interest I may make a new thread and dump everything I've found so far.

Cheers.

Clown's are becoming popular again as a symbol because it seems like we're living in a fucking fun house. We're presented news stories that have been distorted like the wavy mirrors that make you look tall/fat/short. I'm an artist and I made a clown mask a year ago because I felt like this and I find this shit hilarious.

In English we generally create the plural form of a word either by appending a word with the letter 's' or by appending it with the letters 'es'. The use of an apostrophe has nothing to do with expressing the plural form of any word.

I think it's a guerilla promotion campaign for the new remake of Stephen Kings IT

The clown today who went on an armed robbing spree and then shot at cops is a marketing campaign?

The powers that be are going to create lone crown terrorists using mind control to target Reddit freethinkers.

Clowns' purpose is to creep out people that use grocer's commas.

But for real, Truthstream Media on Youtube just did a thing on this:

Just another distraction, IMO, to distract the public from the US committing war crimes in Syria, etc.

It's 95% copycats and IRL trolls. And social media dummies are blowing it out of proportion and it's creating more and more people to play dress up and have their fun.

As far as I can tell, the only people hyping this shit up are normies and black people.
