"Man up" means doing whatever the fuck you please as a FREE MAN.

No other way around it. When people use the term "man up" towards you to get something done for THEIR benefit, that is not manning up. That is bending over. That is serving them and feeding their toxic ego. That, men, is something you need to immediately shut the fuck down if anyone approaches you with it. No time for bullshit, no time for nonsense.

Refuse to bend over. It's bad for your posture anyway.
