Hello my MGTOW brothers.

After being alone for 3 years and going full MGTOW..I am fully embraced into this new philosophy and way of life. Though I often daydream and envision..of a possible return to a former life.

Here me out...as this is all theoretical and I just want to see where this plan can go wrong.

I live in NY so there are no common marriage law crap here. Obviously if I co-habitate with a female if things don't work out..she can leave as the home is in my name. If we have a baby...how will that affect any potential custody battle or child support if there is no marriage present.

So the situation I envision is having a girl who lives with me and having a baby..

I believe the worst case scenario would be child support but how will that play out if there is no marriage present.

I want to dream and just seeing under the right circumstances can it work all without a Marriage.

I did this...

I now pay her $25k/year+ insurance, tuition, clothes, activities etc. I get to see my daughter 4 days a month.

No marriage.

I'm in Texas... no common law marriage here.

She kidnapped my daughter... didn't see her at all her first year. The ex GF sued for custody... bang. Almost 2 years of supervised visitation (the kind with an armed guard), mandatory drug and alcohol testing, mental health screening... on and on.

All based on nothing more than her accusations... no evidence whatsoever.

I fact, the opposite of her claims of neglect and abuse was true. Judge didn't give a shit...

Family court judges are elected and have deals with various businesses who perform drug testing, mental health evaluations, supervised visitation etc... the judges mandate the guy to pay for these services and the companies kick back money into the judge's "campaign fund". Coupled with federal matching funds for child support collected by the county and poof... profit. Thousands of dollars from me over almost 2 years... no evidence for any of it beyond her lies. It's a racket.

Thank You for sharing your experience.. I guess there is no hope with these bias family courts and no way to win..
