I've been recently thinking a lot about death, especially dying alone. Then I have realized certain things. I have organized them in points. I hope this helps.
1) Everyone dies alone no matter how many people you surround with.
2)Death is inevitable. Everyone meets it one way or another. So, looking for ways to make your life awesome is more beneficial than wasting time worrying about something that's inevitable.
3) "Fear of dying alone" is actually a symptom of not living the life you wanted to live + not loving yourself enough. Seriously. Prove me wrong.
4) Death is the only thing that's equal and fair in life (not the pain during death) and we end up worrying the most about it. This proves that the world was never meant to be an equal playground and never will be. Something will always be unfair to us. This also implies that death is BITTERSWEET because it's fair.
5) Doing something that really makes you happy and living the life you wanted to live is the only thing that will give you something that even billion dollars doesn't ie., peace of mind. If you want to be alone for the rest of your life then it's your choice. You must suck it up and look at it as an opportunity to live the life you always wanted to/ meant to live. There's difference between solitude and loneliness.
6) Looked up for the top ten regrets old people have. Seriously, look it up. You will realize very important things about life.
7) Attention, Fame etc are selfish needs that satisfy the ego and will not make you happy or give you that peace of mind. Doing what you love and believe does and this is the only recipe to produce great work. So, don't be a whore and satisfy others unless you absolutely love doing that.
Let me end with a quote. " It's not the length of life but it's breadth that matters"
EDIT: Please fucking upvote it so that more people will read it.
