The initial idea came from a hair designer who always had tensions and pain in neck and shoulder. She also funded our dream initially. Oriental Medicine Doctor & Chiropractor, who specialise in pain medicine, started to design with the help of 3D designers and manufacturers. Although we all came from the different background, our common goal has always been the same: "Help as many people as possible so that they can educate & benefit the others in return."

Risks and challenges

It was cancelled a month ago. KickStarter thought we never developed the product. In the light of our ample design development and manufacturing documentations, C-REST is officially approved again!
This time, No Drama!
2. The biggest challenge during the development was getting feedbacks from our alpha & beta testers. We made many prototypes with similar design. We want it to make it ONE SIZE, PORTABLE, and LIGHT. The Design was the biggest challenge.
3. We actually have no trouble in manufacturing at all. We teamed up with a manufacturer who produced pillows and cushions for over 20 years. Their experience helped us through so much during the design process.

With super enthusiastic energy, we launched 3 projects on the same day, at the same time. As Kickstarter encourages the company/creator work on 1 project at a time, 2 had to be cancelled. Kickstarter never charges money on the unsuccessful campaigns. If you read Kickstarter Guidebook for backers, it explains in details.
Kickstarter keeps this policy in check so that the CREATORs can focus on only one project at a time. It's a Great Policy. It's just that we did not know until we got suspended.

No. C-Rest is designed to be comfortable and effective right out of the box.

Yes. C-Rest can be used in any chair with neck/back support. Use it between your breaks. It will give you the very relaxing time by releasing tensions on your neck.

Not really.... maybe only for a nap... We do NOT recommend using it too long because it may cause the drastic changes in circulation, pressure, etc in the head/brain, causing headaches and dizziness.
