I have always kept a "quest log" of my life. It's basically a list of long term and short term goals I want to accomplish. I break the quest log down into five sections, Physical, Mental, Financial, Social, and Travel. For the longest time I've not been using it or even opened it up and looked at it since I was never making any progress on it. There was never anything new to cross off. .
Since taking control of my life and dropping the harmful relationship I was in, I've crossed off so many things. It shouldn't surprise any of you that most of the ones I've crossed off are in the financial section. I've gone from 0 savings to $2500.00 savings in six months with hardly any effort and in fact a life style increase in many areas. But I've even made progress in the Physical mental, and social sections as well.
I've lost over 50lbs and am the fittest I've ever been in my life an I've even ran a half marathon. Mentally I've completed the Algrebra section on Khan Academy, and scored a perfect score on a Test that was crucial for getting my job. Despite the fact many say MGTOW guys are loners and have no friends I've made three new guy friends over the last 2 months and am having a blast running and going mountain biking with them. Activities that were almost impossible to do because it wasn't something we'd both enjoy previously.
