No but seriously, most posts about the fumble have been someone's random self-post. This is the first informative tweet that I've seen about the situation. If other informative news items/tweets have been deleted today that's our bad.

As for yesterday, the judgment call is typically to keep post-game reactions to one game in the appropriate post-game threads, and/or the highlights thread (ref lowlight in this case).

That happened in a university of Minnesota game I went to. Guy came up out of a big pile with the ball, but players were still fighting at the bottom. The guy with the ball was basically yelling at the ref and trying to show him the ball, but the ref wasn't paying attention (everyone's yelling that they have the ball...). Took a little bit before he realized the player was literally holding the ball in his hands.
