What has happened to Darmian and Schneiderlin?! (self.reddevils)

Imo Darmian and Schneiderlin are both quality players. Darmian it seems like Jose simply does not like him and will leave i January. Schneiderlin on the other hand, I do not understand. He seems like the perfect partner for Pogba (even though Herrera has been fantastic). He sits in behind and pulls the strings while Pogba is allowing to roam much more. Schneiderlin would take pressure off Pogba's defensive duties leading to more attacking football. Thoughts?

They're both decent. Good backup, but Schneiderlin doesn't have the awareness and technical ability to partner Pogba at the highest level

Truth be told neither has impressed at United. We can say what Schneiderlin theoretically could be doing but he has never shown enough to merit a place.
