first time trying amazon refund, HELP!Discussion (self.fraudnet)

some days ago i ordered a pair of headphones (160$) from amazon.in (india).

on amazon it says it will arrive today but i received the product a week ago and on the courier site it says it has been delivered.i personally signed the product when receiving.

which method should i use to get refund? my account is 2-3 years old and lot of orders i don't want to get my account/address banned.

So the tracking shows that it was delivered and signed for. That's a roadblock.

Did you happen to sign a fake name, or do your signature differently than normal?

i used my real name, didn't know about amazon refund method till now

I'm no expert, I haven't tried it myself yet either. Just done a lot of research. I'm not saying it can't work or can't be done, but from what I understand if you signed your real name and real signature you've made it a little bit harder for yourself.

i am going to use the method that the box was empty, can't use the method it was not delivered because courier guy knows that it was signed by me

    since you are in india, just go get a job at their call centre/online CS... then you can just give yourself refunds... LOL. fucking everyone on amazon CS is Indian, i always laugh when I log on and it's pajeet or murayna lol
