WTH? That said, no lime peel (you can't eat the peel. Use a mold for fries, as to give uniforme shape. What did you pour all over it?

If he sliced the limes way thinner you could eat it. Even better, soak them in simple syrup for a bit.

I'm assuming that's deep fried calimari/squid - all that lime juice just ruined any crisp you'd attained with that light batter. Whoever battered/fried that did a great job.

It's fish and chips - great that you guys are thinking of nice flavours with that salsa but don't make it soggy before it's served.

As an aside, don't put anything in that tower that you can't just scoop up with a fork. Someone might eat that wedge of lime, skin and all, and have a really bad meal as a result.

I can't even tell what's going on. It's just a chaotic jumble of ingredients.

Honestly, simplicity is key. It's fish and chips. What the hell you've done to it is beyond me.

The colours look great but I imagine it wouldn't taste good since the fries look soggy and you're likely to get a mouthful of raw lime in there.
