Donald Trump has on several occasions said that we should have "taken the oil" in Iraq so that ISIS couldn't have sold it on the black market later.

Imagine you are president Trump and have been tasked with "taking the oil" of Iraq, all 140 billion barrels of it within a limited time frame, say 10 years. How would you do it?

Now remember, you won't be able to sell that oil anywhere except for the US as no country would buy stolen natural resources. And you also have to fight off Iraqis blowing up oil wells and pipelines.
