1987 Shelby Charger GLHS

The car is #25 of the 1000 Shelby GLHS made for 87.
It was sold new at Moss Motors Dodge in Riverside Ca.
So it's been a CA car it's whole life.
The interior is mint including the CS logos on the seat backs with no tears or rips anywhere.
The engine was rebuilt less than 1000 miles ago and has been upgraded to a "true" Turbo 2 bottom end including a forged MoPar Performance Crank. Rods were shot peened and polished with full floating Pistons and ARP Rod Bolts. During the rebuild we added ARP studs to the Main Caps and Cyl. Head instead of bolts. While the engine was out a Centerforce dual friction clutch went in.
The only other modifications are:
MoPar Performance Stage 2 GLHS Computer
K&N air filter element inside the stock air cleaner housing.
Shift linkage upgraded to heim joints using Great Lakes Hot Rods conversion kit.
Polished and re-cleared Shelby Centurion Wheels (original to the car).
Light window tint was installed by the original owner back in the 80's.
The car also has new Koni's all the way around and the front end was rebuilt with Energy Suspension bushings while the engine was out of the car.
New tires were put on the wheels when they were redone.
This car runs and drives exactly like they did back in 1987 with minor improvements over stock.
Except for what I listed above, this car is completely factory original right down to the radio (also rebuilt) and the exhaust system.
You would have a hard time fixing one of these up for what we are asking for it.
The price is FIRM.
We are not in a hurry to sell this car.
