I am extremely new to MGTOW... been through a rough relationship where I allowed myself to be extremely taken advantage of by a girl that had two kids from two different fathers. I wasn't looking for a relationship it just kind of fell on my lap, and I ended up falling in love with the girl, only to continue to try and help her and her kids. It's a long story, and frankly doesn't have anything to do with the point I am about to make.

I am definitely not a beta male, I don't let myself get pushed around or anything of the sort... and I am definitely not an Alpha male. I have zero desire to ever absolutely have to be the guy in charge, though I am absolutely 100% capable of making the decisions.

I decided to see where I fit in to this world and looked at the differences between Alphas and Betas, and realized that I am absolutely neither but I am an Omega. I think most of us in this group are. We have no need to prove who we are to anyone, we are fully confident in ourselves and our abilities. We are totally incompatible with the alpha male approach to women and the beta male submission to women.

I don't need a woman for my happiness and I was lying to myself the entire time I was in my relationship. I was far from happy. I had no money (it all went to my fiancee and her kids), I worked all the time, and no matter how much I did it was never enough, so I stood up for myself.

I stumbled upon this subreddit and I agree with it completely. I am sick of the manipulation of the men of this world, especially since it is done in a way that is so blatantly obvious. If the roles were reversed there would be an uproar and a large scale media event.

Keep fighting the good fight. Glad to see I am not the only one that feels this way.
