First off, ditch that therapist and find a new one, one with some empathy. Limit your exposure to this girl when and where possible. Also stop beating yourself up, if can't, then look up ways to catch yourself when you're doing that to yourself, mindfulness meditation is a good place to start, check out that headspace app and do the first ten day guided challenge.

Last point because you probably haven't been told this, you're not pathetic you're a thinking, feeling human being, some people in the world are always going to think you're worthless and a piece of shit for whatever reason, so it's really not worth psychologically destroying yourself over.
