Anyone else not convinced by fellaini? (self.reddevils)

I feel he in a way slows down build up play like rooney and doesnt offer much on or off the ball, and people massivley overrate his performances. Hes slow, not great passing' cant dribble with the ball, constantly gives away free kicks. Tell me im wrong i guess?
