What's with the Milo [UnspellableGreekLastName] obsession? It's like how all the Bernie guys thought a third tier rapper was the next MLK. It's been pretty obvious he's just an attention whore and he's been caught in numerous scams.

he's greek and he triggers sjws. the sub is a social experiment to see if the two are related.

Nothing against Greeks people but how is that a plus? In your mythology they got cucked by the Germans who got cucked by the Muslims. So the country got grandcucked.

How many comments have you deleted on /r/Europe today?

Tbh, we approve roughly 90% of the modqueue.

I checked like 30 comments on modque since this morning, so like, 2-4 comments.

I am not counting spam here.

a third tier rapper

Killer Mike is actually a pretty good rapper. Let's be clear about this.

thought a third tier rapper was the next MLK

First of all he is solidly second-tier and MLK was a philandering preacher before he was MLK. Just this week there was another video of him directly telling BLM to not be violent without them throwing a fit. That takes talent

[–]zahlmanWoo!

all the Bernie guys thought a third tier rapper was the next MLK

...wat? who?

why do you hate muslims

I don't "hate" Muslims

I'm just not a fan of Islamic ideology

But would I hate an individual Muslim that doesn't want to kill gays? Nope

trump literally looks and talks like hes mentally retarded, isnt that a concern for trump supporters? that if elected, the united states of america will have the first retard president?

also that shit with his hair, how do you trust a president to be honest...if he cant even be honest about being bald as fuck.

trump literally looks and talks like hes mentally retarded, isnt that a concern for trump supporters?

They consider that a positive thing.

How many people did you have to ban a day for racism? And where is the line between casual racism and full on bannable racism drawn?

i got banned for recommending people stop saying faggot

so i doubt any at all

Was it for that? or for trying to fight everyone you disagreed with?

nope, just said "prolly shouldn't call people faggots, not a good look" and was banned instantly with the message "get out faggot" or the like.

As an offshoot of Ries post, mods what are your thoughts on stuff like:

This, they are talking about a trans person btw

trigglypuff?

I don't think Trigglypuff is trans. Just really, really ugly.

Trigglypuff doesn't look trans

I used to general ban any racists that I saw on the spot

Permabanned them

The number per day would vary as it was a "spot a racist, ban a racist" thing

Although I remember banning a white supremacist once, who also modded uncensorednews(g_petronius or something like that)

He preemptively got unbanned by some other mod within a day

As for casual racism and actual racism, we(I) used to remove anything that could be considered racist. The less AHS linked us, the better

So tbqh there was no such thing as "casual racism" when I modded there

It was either racist or not racist

[–]Works_of_memercy 2ポイント3ポイント  (2子コメント)

So, would you say that AHS has a noticeable good influence on reddit?

Yea sure, but a lot of what they link is bullshit

Also, they don't really allow "hate users" to participate inspite of their sidebar saying otherwise

they're allowed to participate, they're just not allowed to use it as an opportunity to spew more hate

The policy is ban on sight, I mean actual racism such as slurs in a genuine way, calls to racial violence ect. I ban 1 or 2 a day.

But you forget that automod automatically removes racial slurs rather than removing and sending then to mod queue

So a lot of the racists actually remain

I permabanned anyone linking to usain bolt. NASCAR was ok.

How much of the mod team (past and present) are in this for genuine support of Trump vs. in this for the lulz?

I remember early the_donald was mostly just clowniness and meming, which actually made it a pretty fun read. Nowadays they're so serious and paranoid though. It almost feels like a whole sub full of people that stopped getting their own joke.

Rn everyone (other than Viking's) in it for real

I can say Viking is real, I'm not going to give too much but he's a high level executive of a company. Moderating an internet form of Donald Trump especially with the WashPo hit pieces isn't going to look good on him.

Yea I know Viking's doing it for his resumé

He's some retard that charges his clients hundreds of dollars an hour for some managing bullshit

Velo already spilled the beans on that on ATS

Remember this is not America, you think being a moderator of a Reddit sub especially that is accused of being racist (and he's Danish) is going to look good on him?

Yeah the paranoia has gotten really bad and it's why I'm no longer a mod there. I think vast majority of the mods are serious about it but it's lost the fun factor for a lot of people

As a current mod I can say everyone in there wants Trump to win and many are in there for the lulz of influencing an election (Meme Magic).

What's the story with /u/CisWhiteMailstrom accusing /u/NYPD-32 of doxxing him?

I'd like to hear both sides.

Ciswhite had his main account and three alt accounts on the_Donald mod team. One day he decided to tell his college class that he was a moderator of the_Donald. He then came back in a panic that he would get tied to his trolly, rapey /u/ciswhitemaelstrom account. So he made a sticky with his alt and told the story of how he told his class and called some liberal a beta male to his face. He did this so that if any of his classmates went to the_Donald they would think the account that posted and stickied the story was his account (therefore covering himself from being tied to CWM).

Later on during dramageddon I listed all his alts because he's a fag. Only a retard would think I doxxed him, which is why the admins didn't take action despite his numerous reports.

I can't speak for them, but I can tell you what I know

After JCM deleted his account, he made CWM top mod

NYPD wasn't happy

He went to SRD and made a post exposing one of CWM's alts

CWM had personal information on that account

He got doxxed by some CB user but he blamed NYPD for initiating it

Can you refute this? If not then the only logical thing to do is convert.

.Women are treated justly and not oppressed

And that's why women in Saudi Arabia started an internet revolution that got censored by Twitter, who's shares are owned by the Saudi prince

I'm sorry, but that document's a bullshit parody

I thought you guys were ready to stand up to Soros funded Western feminism the main facet of SJWism. Islam is the only way to do that.

when women's lib catches on in the mid east there's going to be nuclear levels of estrogen on the loose. "we can suicide bomb just as good as a man" I don't want to be anywhere near that. no sir.

So the best bet is MGTOW then to avoid feminists and islamofeminists?

No way, muslim men have a responsibility to keep those crazy bitches in check

Nope

Soros funds the feminists in the West and the anti feminists in the East

The opposite should be done

So you're a feminist then?

Ewww no

That's like calling Oxus a feminist

well he does exclusively kill white women, pretty intersectional of him dontcha think?

And that's why women in Saudi Arabia started an internet revolution that got censored by Twitter, who's shares are owned by the Saudi prince

The level of retarded shit that you guys can come up with is really something else

Alwaleed Bin Talal owning 5% of Twitter is not a good explanation for Twitter suspending an account which came back in a few hours after being mobbed by report-spam

Breitbart is lying and manipulating you in the most obvious ways and you just eat it the fuck up

I'm not a Bernie mod

Although /r/trumplicans is meant to be the post election sub

How much drama do you think will come from the sub that night and the few days after if Trump loses? Do you think they'll sperg out or take it reasonably well? What do you think the sub will turn into down the line if Trump loses?

a) they'll either shoe reddit the downsides of a Clinton presidency

b) it might be preserved for trump 2020 if it happens

I don't think it will be drama, everyone will be unified in their disgust of Clinton winning. Trump 2020 won't happen given his age. As for the sub, it'll probably die a slow death, it will continue a bit after the election, but ultimately it will be hard to justify its own existence after a while. Which is why so many former mods tried to jump start alternative news subs or alt-right subs for long term action on Reddit.

Which is why so many former mods tried to jump start alternative news subs or alt-right subs for long term action on Reddit.

Which is sad because that's really easy to do, yet they failed spectacularly. And with the lack of quality control they have a bunch of unsaavy, unsophisticated kiddos. I fucking laughed when they all gave spez a two minute hate for the stonetear incident, as if he personally freaked out and deleted stonetear's user history, then did a running swan dive into a pile of CTR cash ala the ending of the movie World's Greatest Dad. Instead of you know, realizing that incident gave reddit a ton of free good press -- you don't find much better press than having your site find evidence that is damning to what essentially is a Lovecraftian horror running for president.

How much of the_donald's userbase is from /pol/ or 4chan?

They have a certain quality to their... ineptness that just screams 4chan.

Around Mid Jan - March it was 80%

CWM encouraged /pol/ to come over.

I remember he stickied a post where a user said that the sub was becoming /pol/ 2.0 and then banned the user

At least JCM never banned me despite trolling that subreddit with admittedly true information. Viking83 probably banned me for bringing up dirt on Milo, because when another mod asked me for my ban message (which was basically "I see your're mad, get out of here) they never responded.

I still laugh at CWM's antics. Getting booted from /r/altright was classic -- clearly he's an inept troll who got used by pol for their fashy goyim =D =D =D aims.

There are some nicer guys on the modteam you could speak to to unban you

Considering they ignored my response to the ban message, and another modmail, I'm guessing Viking83 did it because I assume nobody wants to step on his toes.

Just why in general. To everything Trump related. More specifically, what do you think about Trump's deficit inflating, guaranteed-global-recession economic policy positions?

If Ted Cruz won the primary would the sub submit to him?

In a purely sexual way?

As in what r/ShillaryClinton and ESS kept asking Bernie and his bros to do with sandersforpresident.

I still don't understand, I'm extra simple this morning

Would the subreddit be for or against Cruz and pledge unquestioning support, or shut down, or be openly insubordinate?

I think it would depend on what Trump ended up doing. He pledged to support Cruz if Cruz won the primary and I think the sub would have followed that lead.

I would never. I'd go back to supporting third parties, just like 2012 or not care about it.

Hi /u/johnnylargecock!

About this Occulus shit

Ill tell you what I know

It was advertised by /u/purpletricycle on the /r/the_donald_mods

Everyone went along with the idea(most did, including Viking)

I got kicked before learning about billionare man

The sub blamed Jcm and lil-z for scamming them

Viking took advantage of the situation, performed a coup

[–]JohnnyLargeCockthis is why we need /r/thefempill 1

Hey buddy!

I'm going to need a more in-depth explanation. I don't know who any of these people are and why it's significant. Can you or another ama mod write up a backstory leading to it all, and then I guess another mod who was there explain what happened after?

Also, do you guys have disgruntled feelings now? Is that the reason for the ama or something? It's not very fun to be kicked out of somewhere.

Hi, I'm a current mod and I was present during the drama. It looked like /u/purpletricycle came up with the idea of a PAC. I kept quiet, and one day all of a sudden /u/purpletricycle left the sub as a mod to work on the PAC. There was a mod meeting that I was not present due to I being on vacation. Turns out that the other mods did not like the idea neither did Viking. Lil-z was neutral and JCM was for it and kept in contact with /u/purpletricycle. Keep in mind that this was all done after the Trump AMA.

Fast forward to the Friday where JCM modded purpletricycle and made the announcement. The sub just revolts and there was no communication from lil-z and JCM and Viking wasn't on. So there was chaos and mod actions all over the place.

I'm against the PAC due to a lack of transparency to the mods and users. If people are donating money they should know where the money goes.

That's partially incorrect

Viking offered to fund the pac

If so, why was /u/purpletricycle forced out, why was it done when he was not on. There was no meeting or post that he would do remotely such a thing. And legally he cannot do so.

Viking was never against the PAC

He didn't want users to donate to it, so he offered to fund it instead

JCM turned this down as he wanted the PAC to be spread through the sub

PT left to organise it, and then got added back and then the shitstorm

Viking agreed realising that he could use this as leverage to perform his coup

Btw, are you ever unbanning Velo?

He was off site. Again most of the discussions happen off site.

purple tricycle left several months ago to avoid the appearance of any wrongdoing since he was running the pac setup. it was planned out in advance. weren't you in the mod meeting with the rest of us? can't remember

I was on vacation during that time and during his departure. I only had discord text and the mod sub.

/u/pancakees can explain it well

/u/thegreatroh can provide the other side of the argument

a couple of the mods wanted to start a pac. idea was to launch it during DNC week and put up billboards trolling hillary. but it wasn't ready for various reasons. one of the mods (viking) who now runs the sub was worried about asking for donations but offered to fund the pac. when the launch backfired a couple of weeks ago, he pretended like he had no idea about the thing and had forced the other mods out. he either used it as an excuse to take over the sub, or is covering for them

The way this was structured made me think it was going to rhyme.

I'm disappointed.

What are your thoughts on current top mod being 1) non-American 2) a staunch racist?

What is it about that sub that drives so much mod turnover?

What are your thoughts on current top mod being 1) non-American 2) a staunch racist?

The foreigners are even taking our subs. Joking aside, he seems to do what the community wants which is what is important.

What is it about that sub that drives so much mod turnover?

For whatever reason the_Donald has been attracting a lot of scammers and self promoters. People trying to monetize or pump their resume. The alt-right at large has this problem as well. Vigilance is required in keeping them out and away. But at some point, starting in March I would say, jcm no longer was giving adequate protection from such elements and it's been a problem on and off ever since.

He brainwashed the community

the racist stuff is new to me cause I don't speak danish.

don't care about nonamerican though but he's really bad at getting along with people.

turnover is a combo of huge egos like the current top mod plus an unhealthy level of paranoia. like really unhealthy.

[–]Mr_Richard_Harrow 2ポイント3ポイント  (5子コメント)

What are your thoughts on the whole shady 'Nimble America PAC' debacle?

It was a shit idea

But Viking took advantage of the situation and performed a coup

performed a coup

interesting. Those resignation posts made it sound legitimate

Nah, he knew about the pac for several months prior. maybe didn't know about the launch but they actually wanted to launch the pac during the dnc week. most of the mods in that meeting were against it b/c the pac just wasn't ready. viking was concerned about perception of a money grab and offered to fund it rather than publish a donation page

I don't see any other scenario than he used this as an excuse to take charge, or is covering for the guys who left

No they aren't

He wanted the PAC to be spread

Once it happened he kept his head low, let the sub blame lil-z and JCM and then successfully turned the sub against them

Assuming everyone involved is being honest, I imagine their intentions were good. They wanted to take the_Donald phenomenon and blast it into the real world (hence the billboard, etc.) But it was a major miscalculation, the user base is very very skeptical of any monetary solicitations, and rightly so.

In November 2016 I will be voting for Secretary Hillary Clinton. To me it's beyond clear that she is the best candidate in this election (including Senator Sanders, the 16 other Republicans, and any of the fringe third part people). This has been a 30 year journey. Nobody told us the road would be easy (and it wasn't), but we've come so far. Secretary Clinton has the experience, temperament, and character to be one of the greatest presidents in US history and she could finally break 200+ years of tradition and be the first female president. She has the praise, admiration, and respect of countless people from the top world leaders in politics, business, and academia to the lowliest people in poverty in the ghettos. However I know there is nothing I can say that will convince you to join us. You believe Trump is "unstumpable". If you really believe that then put your money where your mouth is. Donate whatever you can spare to Hillary Clinton's campaign. If you are too afraid to then it shows you have no faith in Trump. If you can't afford to then it shows that you need her in office the most! It's your move I'm waiting.

although that's at least an accomplishment, the bar for 2017 is incredibly low

How much of the sub do you think is actually able to vote? I haven't read it in a while but judging by the hysteria it seems like there were a lot of kids there.

Most of them can vote. Very few are under 18. And I would say maybe 5-10% are pro-nationalists from other countries, so obviously they cannot vote.

Some of it's just fun shitposting

What would you do to get me to nominate you for a Visa when President Hillary builds the wall on the mason dixon line and deports all the deplorables?

I don't want /u/pantherchamp to shitpost all over this AMA

    Because then you'll ban him?

How do you respond to EnoughTrumpSpam's huge list of shady shit Trump has done? Ignoring it and pretending it's all a conspiracy isn't an answer.

I got banned from there for saying that Drumpfsters are just a modern KKK. Can I get unbanned?
