Me and my friend were once arrested at gunpoint by multiple police officers and taken in for questioning. He was charged with terrorist intent and various other accusations implying he was threatening others with a gun. All because he was carrying a plastic six-shooter around in public (not aiming at anyone) without the orange cap on.

TL;DR orange caps are the only thing holding our justice system together.

This is why I'm careful when I show these to the public. Always ask the venue their rules on fake guns, and treat them like a real firearm if I, or others if allowed, handle them. As a result, I've never had such a situation. GameStop was the first venue where I was required to have orange tips.

And cops have enjoyed my work :)

In Colorado I'm allowed to carry a loaded pistol on my side as long as it's visible and not concealed. I can also obtain a license to conceal the pistol relatively easy.

What state are you from?

Nope, everything built was made from just screenshots and renders of the models in game. I get parts from my personal collection (which is massive as you could probably guess) and orders on Bricklink.com

As someone who used to build guns out of legos because my parents didn't let me get actual toy guns, I'm super jealous. Mine used to be all multicolored and square, but these are goddamn beautiful, and extremely accurate as well.

Unlikely. Atlas Titan is destroyed so that one's a no. I don't like making instructions. I completely understand others wanting their own but the process of making instructions is more frustration than it's worth.

Question: do you glue your builds after finishing, or just hope you don't drop them? I built a really cool pistol with my brother when I was around 8 or so and we played with it for probably six months, and then one of us dropped it and it shattered EVERYWHERE. :(

I rarely glue my models, and if I do it's a last resort. Last time I used glue on a model was on my replica Halo: Reach shotgun because the slots supporting the pump tended to break and the pistol grip was weak.

Also when you don't glue the models, destroying them is fun!
