On January 18, 2015, Arcan Cetin, the suspected Cascade Mall shooter, posted this tweet.
What else happened on January 18th, 2015? The NFC Championship game between the Green Bay Packers and Seattle Seahawks, in which the Seahawks, the local team of the area Cetin lived in, made a twelve point comeback in the final five minutes of the game to get the victory and advance to the Super Bowl.
A little context for those unfamiliar with the NFL:(skip to TL;DR if you're not interested)
Green Bay was already leading 19-7 when Packers safety Morgan Burnett intercepted Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson with 5:13 left in the game. After that play, Seattle's chances of winning dropped to 0.10%(as in, one in a thousand), and pretty much everybody thought that the Packers had just sealed the victory.
In fact, CBS Sports analyst and former Hall of Fame cornerback Deion Sanders sent out a tweet congratulating the Packers, despite there still being five minutes left in the game.
Then, Seattle scored one touchdown with 2:13 left, recovered the ball after Packers tight end Brandon Bostick epically screwed up on an onside kick recovery, scored again with 1:33 left, got a critical two point conversion as Wilson, while running to his right, threw a wobbly pass across his body to the left as a Packers defender slammed into him, to tight end Luke Willson. Packers safety Ha-ha Clinton Dix was in position to knock the ball away but somehow didn't.
The game then went to overtime, where the Seahawks won.
TL;DR At the time the guy made this tweet, a Seahawks victory was all but impossible. He was basically saying he was so sure that they were going to lose, saying that if they did win, which to him would definitely not happening, he would also do something that he would never do: vote for Hillary Clinton, who he despised. It was pretty much his way of stating, "The Seahawks are screwed"
