His fantastic performance should mean that he at least deserves to start ahead of Shaw (provided he is fit and available).

Agreed. No idea why mata was taking them on the opposite side when they're both left footed and Blind was doing so well (actually I guess because it'd make him be really out of position)

Even at that they could have pulled Valencia out to defend anything on the left! I haven't seen any other dangerous corners in probably two years!

I don't care where he plays but he has to be in the team. He is so calm on the ball and is uncanny at picking the right passes and today showed why it is important to have a corner taker.

I wouldn't have a problem going back to the same back four that played most of this season so far as harsh as that is on Smalling who is obviously a fantastic defender too.

Poor Mahrez had to get subbed today. Didn't even get a look in. Blind is probably our most intelligent player.

I'd have Blind in my team everytime. Think he's a gem of a player that uses his lack of pace with his thought process and foresight.

He and/or Carrick have to be in the starting line-up as both are thinking players.

Blind in midfield would be perfect though. We seen how Utd played when Herrera/Blind/Mata were in tandem too.

Blind had a fantastic game today.He should be rested on thursday with shawing Shaw playing that match and we can again start with Blind at LB against Stoke.

    We've got some decisions to make then. Do we keep the 4-2-3-1, which we can all probably agree doesn't get the best out of Pogba, or do we switch to a 4-3-3 and drop Mata?

    I suppose we could play him on the right again and drop Lingard. But it isn't really suited to his strengths.
