If you can't find a bar...

Find the nearest Starbucks, sneak in some spirits + mixer in a starbucks cup, connect to wifi and enjoy the game!

Also works with McDonalds - you can keep buying your mixer from them and it will look even less suspicious!

I found this, if you're near by: 'Taghs Irish bar in Oike dori has a big screen. Next to exit 9? of subway Shiyakusho-mae station, next to Kyoto Hotel.'

Was in Kyoto a couple months ago. Couldn't find anything to eat, let alone a bar to watch the game. Lots of temples though.
