Hey guys. So quick question, I looking to get back out there after a divorce or soon to be finalized but I was with her for 13 years and I'm shy as hell. How does one become unshy and wash away this stupid insecurity

Why are you shy? What are you afraid will happen or go wrong?

Maybe work on your anxiety either via psychotherapy or via medication.
