We all know how smart Jose is when it comes to press conferences. He literally has the press eating the words out of his mouth and printing them on their back page headlines.

This is his magnificent way to take the pressure off the team and onto him. Lets hope we win tomorrow so the players really believe in Jose and we turn into the sort of high intensity teams he has managed at virtually all of his previous clubs - it's just a matter of time.. Belief in the manager instills a long lasting belief in the players own abilities.

If not, the players wouldn't be receiving as much grief from the fans and media all the time after a loss; can't be good for anyone's confidence. I'm sure Jose can handle the media and I haven't felt that about a manager since Fergie.
