It never ceases to amaze me the cognitive disconnect so many people exhibit. The list goes on and on...

The red pill is about letting go of the stylized fantasy that is modern relationships and embracing some pretty ugly and painful truths about the nature of women and what that means for us as men. But I also think TRP implies a worldview that extends far beyond just relationships and should have a profound impact on every aspect of our lives. It's a way of reasoning and critical thinking that abandons wish thinking and demands hard evidence which leads to useful and practical conclusions.

I expect women to harbor ideas and beliefs that are solely based on their wants and desires, and I expect the same from the legions of blue pill men. True love, astrology, predestination... on and on.

What rustles my jimmies are red pill men who seem to fully grasp how TRP cuts through all the illusions of modern relationships and reveals the ugly reality, but still maintain irrational beliefs based on insufficient evidence in other areas of life. How can anyone see through the blue pilled fog of gynocentrism and not automatically apply the same critical thinking to everything else?

I have a strong suspicion that many of my fellow MGTOWs are atheists for this exact reason. What I want to be true has no impact on what actually is true and believing anything without a damn good reason isn't only foolish... it's a recipe for disaster.

I suppose I'm curious how any MGTOWs can maintain a belief in the supernatural after having the veil ripped away from human sexuality.

Being so clearly wrong about such a fundamental human experience as romantic pair-bonding made me take a closer look at some of the other assumptions I hold and to question my basis for these beliefs. Before TRP I would have described myself as agnostic in terms of religion, but post RP I find I'm now confidently in the atheist camp for much the same reason I'm MGTOW.

So religious guys... the ball is in your court.

Has TRP caused any of you gentlemen to question the validity of your beliefs in other areas of your life?
