So I like redpill teaching for self improvement only. Yes eat good, dress good, groom and workout and don't be lazy. I understand this is important and it should be. I just don't get that people need to be told to do this.

It baffles me that these men , if you wish to call them men , need someone to tell them to do this.

My take is that these guys were really pretty much losers from high school on.

And yes there are people who will take advantage of you, men and women alike. How about you don't associate with those type of people. I don't.

Another point, they complain about their wife being bitchy or yelling at them. I was taught to listen to people , communicate but also don't be a doormat for people as well.
