Talk to people - whether it be friends, family or even a professional.

Keep busy - nothing will feed anxiety and depression like idle time. I'm watching a lot of Bob Ross on Netflix and YouTube - I'd love to paint along, but even listening to him is good for the mind and soul. Perhaps you would consider taking up painting? Or an instrument?

Most importantly, try be involved in activities with other people - football, gym classes, whatever. Too much time in solitude isn't good.

Keep talking to people about this. Those close to you, friends family etc. You'll be surprised how many people suffer from it like you and it's often really powerful to talk openly with someone feeling the same.

When I'm having a bad day, I think to myself "maybe it will, maybe it won't". You can't control everything, so don't try. What you can control to some extent is your response.

I'd suggest you to seek professional help. I had the same problem two years ago, ended up with anxiety, severe depression and panic disorder. I started psychotherapy and eventually ended up using meds and now I'm ok. Just came off the meds last month. You can do it but there is a lot of hard work waiting for you.

College just started and I'm already starting to feel overwhelmed. Just wrapped up an internship in Singapore and I'm already missing it. Be sure to check out the United bar if you happen to be there, great atmosphere and (relatively) cheap drinks.

I spent slightly under 2 years of my teenage life in Singapore. Beautiful country. It was ridiculously clean and the food was brilliant. Loved their airport too. It was heaven compared to Luton airport.

Planning to definitely visit again when I get the chance. Not that it would have particularly helped me in my time there, but it's good to know that there's a United bar there!

I just found out, the unis at my city are all done with their admissions.. so now I'll have to move to another one, and idk why but I'm actually scared! I know I'm technically an adult and I shouldn't be scared by such a minor event, but fuck me I'm scared, I've never lived alone in my life. As I have seen depression popping out here and there. Its big issue... As me I had very shitty childhood in my family and all my behavior in now life like in relationships and oteher areas wich lead me to depression time to time comes from my childhood. I find out this when I wanted to look why I am depressed or behave why I behave and started to read some books releated to it. It came clear to me it all comes from my past when I was child.
