Talk to people - whether it be friends, family or even a professional.

Keep busy - nothing will feed anxiety and depression like idle time. I'm watching a lot of Bob Ross on Netflix and YouTube - I'd love to paint along, but even listening to him is good for the mind and soul. Perhaps you would consider taking up painting? Or an instrument?

Most importantly, try be involved in activities with other people - football, gym classes, whatever. Too much time in solitude isn't good.

College just started and I'm already starting to feel overwhelmed. Just wrapped up an internship in Singapore and I'm already missing it. Be sure to check out the United bar if you happen to be there, great atmosphere and (relatively) cheap drinks.

I spent slightly under 2 years of my teenage life in Singapore. Beautiful country. It was ridiculously clean and the food was brilliant. Loved their airport too. It was heaven compared to Luton airport.

Planning to definitely visit again when I get the chance. Not that it would have particularly helped me in my time there, but it's good to know that there's a United bar there!

I'm at the Manchester Airport leaving after a 2 week vacation in the UK. I'm sad to go but I'll always remember the feeling of being in Old Trafford for the tour and walking through the museum.

I fucking knew it would only take a few bad games for the media to concoct all this bull shit about Jose being past it etc. It really sickens me.

We really need to avoid all the negativity and stand by the team and the manager. There's still work to be done - we were foolish to think all our problems would just disappear.

In non football related terms I cannot stop watching Bob Ross on Netflix and YouTube. Only discovered him a few days ago.

I got the Xbox one S yesterday with FIFA 17. The Xbox is insanely better visually and I can finally use my 4K TV with it.

As for FIFA, I have been installing it all night so will hopefully play it soon. Anyone else upgraded their PS4 or Xbox. Maybe thinking about it near Christmas?
