I have had this for years, It is a 70 with a later grill in it it was a 345 with a auto trans 2x4 when it was born I put in a 392 from a 1982 Govt S-model with 16K on it but tore the engine down to regasket & sent out the heads to have them done. This truck runs on PROPANE I have taken it to OHIO & a few other places & never have to worry about carbs or fuel pumps going bad. I installed a 1992 Chevy K30 one ton front axle so I would have disc brakes & it is much easier to buy parts for it I replaced everything in the axle including the lock-out hubs I have over $1000 just in the axle & all the steering arms tie rods ball joint u-joints etc. There is NO transfer case it is still two wheel drive. The back is a rebuilt POSI -TRAC with 4:10 gear ratio the same as the front. I removed the auto trans & installed a factory 5spd overdrive to allow the truck to cruise @ 70-75 no problems. I removed the sill plates above the fenders to show that there is O RUST under the windshield & have pictures of the door jambs that are solid also. I installed a $400 clutch in this truck OLDS steering wheel G.M. tilt wheel Dodge high back bucket seats, had the 4 core radiator done rear brakes & wheel cylinders. The cab is solid but the inside of the bed is rotted, I have another bed from Arizona that needs minor work that is for it. I do not have time to do this any longer, there is NO Title wih this where it came out of Maine years ago & a title was not needed. This truck is not perfect but you can get in it & drive it 500 miles right now, you only get one tailgate I am taking the one off of the bed on the ground
